03.23.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1220- the chairs are in overall very good condition exhibiting very little signs of use or wear, they are stable and sit well, I observe only a few scattered light impressions to upholstery, likely from storage and minor rubs/light wood wear to legs, all mentioned very minor and commensurate with gentle use
