03.25.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 3354: I note that the sculpture is intact and stands sturdy, all elements appearing secure, I am unsure of the specific metal this may be composed of, but it is magnetic, there are a few areas of light tonal variations associated with typical light rubs of the patinated finish, some minor scuffs/ surface wear at the base commensurate with age and use, and sparse areas of oxidation, close visual examination reveals a minute seam at the raised arm of the figure at the back of the sculpture, seam appears to be fully structurally stable at this time, hairline is likely from a past attempt to pick the sculpture up by the arm, UV light examination does not reveal evidence of restoration
