Condition

02.05.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3292- both the figures and pedestal stand sturdy, the group is impressive in size and nature, the marble sculpture itself is overall intact, with a UV light examination revealing only a very few small areas of fill, some veining/lines, this may be how it was pieced or inherent to the stone, I am unsure so have taken images for your review, I further note some scattered minor imperfections, light abrasions, marks, and some discoloration, the base of the figural group is with some typical small chips and nicks along the edges, there is a an imperfection to one corner visible under UV light however it does not appear to be a repair, see image, the pedestal is overall intact, with scuffing, small abrasions and finish wear, particularly along top surface and edges, I was not able to examine the top of the pedestal under the figure
