CR 1.13.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 2492- please note that I am not an expert on such works, the work was not examined out of frame, I do not know how or if it is mounted or condition behind the mat, a UV light examination was unremarkable, colors are vibrant, I note only a few minor spots of debris on mat, see image, and some slight nicks and minor wear to frame edges
