Condition

05.06.25: In my opinion regarding LOT: 3245- the structure stands sturdy and is in stable condition with doors opening smoothly and keys present operating the locks, the top is intact with a very minor slight height variation to the two panels at the seam, there is minor tonal variation/sun fading at left side, the case displays some overall typical small wood loss, light tonal variation, minor nicks and light wood wear, both feet do show very degrees of loss, the left more severe and as pictured, the right possibly a replacement but I am unsure and it may just be lacking a cover/trim piece, I am unsure, doors operate smoothly and lock with the keys, interior shelving is stable and resting on small metal loops that are adjustable, I do not know if the glass is original, however you will note on the interior that the trim holding it in shows a few areas of loss, suggesting it may have been replaced (it is not wavy glass), further I do not know if the backboard has been replaced, please refer to the online images
