American Chippendale mahogany chest of drawers, 18th c., four graduated long drawers, on bracket feet ,approx 33.5"h, 41"w, 21.5"d
08.13.25: In my opinion, I note that the commode is structurally sturdy, the finish retaining an overall uniform and rich tone, I observe a couple of minor professional reinforcements at the front left corner and edge (see images, only visible by a minute seam), and the metal pulls and escutcheon remain firmly mounted, and the interiors appear overall well-kept, the front left bracket foot with a minute glue repair, the drawers operate smoothly, and there is a sparse amount of typical minor surface wear such as small chips and abrasions near edges commensurate with age and use
