09.24.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 2240: I note that the hat is presently intact, the top and underside of the brim having light spotting, the top of the hat having a minor, faded red stain, the ribbon hatband is secure with fraying the edges, and having a small water or sweat stain commensurate with use, additionally I observe some minor wear to the trim encircling the brim, and there is a minor crease to one segment of the edge of brim
