3.26.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2102-The sofa is in sturdy and stable condition with legs securely attached, leather exhibits some typical mellowing, creasing and areas of light wear and minor spotting, there are some light scuffs scattered about, I am unable to move the sofa and cannot fully view the sides and back, please refer to online images (they do show some scuffs, I am unsure if this can be cleaned), the surface under the cushions is largely clean, there are no apparent rips or tears to upholstery, legs show light surface wear, all  mentioned commensurate with use
