8.17.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1242- the structure stands sturdy, doors open correctly and interior shelving is secure, the interior shelving appears with small nails holding them in place, this was possibly don’t for shipping purposes, I am unsure but they could be removed easily, the case exhibits only​ LIGHT WEAR, spar​se minor rubs, mostly noted to one door at lower center by the hinge (see images) and at protruding edges, typical inherent and light imperfections to the burlwood some small rubs at inner low at right door, lower exterior frame right above hinge​, overall no major losses or wear observed
