1.21.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 086- The structure stands sturdy, I note some overall dirt discoloration, small mars, and wear to case and finish, lift top section is lined, with added chains for support, it appears that hinges may have come off before from top falling back, however now are securely attached, the center door has a slight gap at center and left side, however slide well and open to an open interior, lower cabinet is also open
