2.12.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2098-The structure stands sturdy and shelving is stable, glazed door and side panels have a wide bevel, glass is intact and free of chips and cracks, the wood case shows some variation and rubs to the varnish, visible seams to trim/lining, mostly at the curves of the trim, I am unsure if these were repaired or this is how they were attached,  see images, I note light wood wear, small nicks/rubs to finish, doors open smoothly and key does operate the lock, the interior shelving is secure with the lower shelf, having a minute tiny chip to one side, the other shelf has a small chip at rear corner, overall the structure is clean with the noted possible small repairs
