03.25.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 2094: **Please note that during the condition review, it was found that the drawers of this desk are locked, and there is not a key retained, we have tried spare keys collected at our facility and were unsuccessful opening the drawers, a locksmith is likely required to open the drawers, as such the asking price has been reduced** I note that the desk is presently intact and stands sturdy, all elements appearing structurally secure, the black painted finish of the metal base having typical minor flaked losses and light tonal variations associated with rubs and oxidation, the desk top is laid in a charcoal gray colored vinyl-like material, which exhibits tonal variations from areas of fading and minor surface wear including small water rings, I observe a couple of minute cut seams to the vinyl, the case of drawers with some minor stains/ discoloration to the exterior commensurate with use, the back right foot with a section of loss but remaining intact and secure to support
