01.03.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1285: I note that the plaque is currently intact, the pigment is remarkably well-preserved, and the lower left signature is visible and legible, as are the attribution and title markings to the frame verso, the plaque has not been examined out of the frame to preserve its condition and current encasement within, the glass of the frame is also intact, and the wood exhibits minor surface wear commensurate with use such as light abrasions, I do not currently observe evidence of restoration or damage to the plaque<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
