9.26.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1202 – the table is structurally sound and stands sturdy, the top exhibits natural wood grain characteristics with inherent knots, figuring, and tonal variation, scattered surface lines and seams are visible along with some spotting, scratches, and marks which have developed a warm patina over time, there is a slim filled repair along one corner of the central seam that remains stable, the base is sturdy with some light nicks, rubs, and small areas of wear, all mentioned commensurate with age and use and lending to the rustic nature of the piece
