05.21.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 4194: As described the is wear to the exterior finish, as well as typical minor chips to the raised carved elements, there is light evidence of old woodworm, and the case opens smoothly, the interior exhibits water spotting/ light staining, and there are additional minor chips to the cradle commensurate with use, the cradle is fitted to accommodate nine cordials, but only three cordial glasses remain, all cordials and the decanters are intact without presently observed chips or fractures, and the ebonized turned cradle supports have visible adhesive reinforcement at joinery points
