02.17.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 2013- the book is overall intact, the cover and rear show some light marks, sticker residue (to rear, likely retail tag), the cover and pages exhibit some small areas of bending, particularly at lower right corner, ink signed signatures remain legible on the interior page, there was a bit of ink bleed to the page next to it, see image, otherwise I note only some slight impressions and minor wear to page edges, all pages appear to be present, all mentioned light and commensurate with use, display and storage
