11.10.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1342- the case appears structurally sound, top metal piece nails need to be hammered in, the case shows some small areas of wear, lines and minute loss, there is a tiny fracture next to right key wind on porcelain dial, the chime operates correctly, the suspension spring is broken, thus we cannot install the pendulum, pendulum catch is operating and would drive the pendulum if it weren’t for the spring, maker mark on the movement is that of M. Vicenti, France, see images, I am not an expert on such clocks, please let me know should you have further questions
