11.13.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 045- The chair is structurally sound and sits well, seat appears to be reversible, leather shows some mellowing, patination, tonal variation, creasing/cracking and wear throughout as commensurate with use, there are no apparent rips or tears, under the seat cushion (bottom) could use a good cleaning and leather would likely benefit from being moisturized
