04.16.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1197- the lounge is intact and sits comfortably, springs remain taught to the underside, leather shows expected mellowing, patination, light creasing, a few surface abrasions and light scattered spots, the black cushion at center has mellowed, the frame is intact, I note only sparse surface wear and minute finish loss to chromed and black frame, light wear to liner, overall all mentioned minor and commensurate with vintage age and gentle use
