07.09.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 4315: The consignor of this item previously worked as a dealer and imported art from Asia throughout the 1980s, we do not have further provenance or date information to disclose unfortunately, I note that the scepter is presently intact, and sits securely on the accompanying stand with peg inserts, as described there are some typical small chips and losses to raised elements, additionally there is a minor glue restoration to the tail feathers of one bird, and an adhesive reinforcement to an adjacent branch, I observe a minute split to another branch which remains intact and secure
