01.16.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 359: I note that the jar is presently intact, with chipping along the underside of the rim of the lid, and glaze wear to the top of the finial, I observe iron pitting and minor glaze pops throughout, as well as wear to the enamel, including small areas of loss throughout the ‘hundred antiques’ grouping, the jar would benefit from a gentle cleaning and observation under UV light does not indicate evidence of repair or further damage
