02.07.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 2566: I note that the mazarine and platter are presently intact, the strainer sitting comfortably within the platter, which exhibits minor chipping to the inner rim, the strainer with some minute fleabites to edge and underside, this chipping is typical commensurate with contact between the rims of platter and strainer/ use, there is typical light rubs to the gilt trim, and minor wear to the enameled decoration, the strainer having some typical minor firing flaws to the underside, and I observe sparse iron pitting and glaze pops, both of which are also commonly observed, close visual and UV light examinations reveal a minute hairline extending from one end of the strainer
