Chinese famille noir enameled porcelain temple jar with cover, decorated with birds and aquatic foliates on black ground, bearing red honorific mark underfoot, approx 17.5"h, 10"diam, 9.25lbs
10.3.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 1450: Upon close visual and UV light examination, the jar is free from observed hairlines/ fractures, chipping, or evidence of restoration, the vegetal motifs having some minute crazing, which is typical, and there is a light build-up of grime and tape residue commensurate with age and use that would benefit from a more thorough cleaning
