9.29.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2367-the cabinet is located in a cramped and very dark area of the gallery, it is quite reflective and difficult to photo, the start bid has been reduced to $80 taking into account that the top surface would benefit from being repainted, this lot sold as is, the top exhibits overall heavy surface and finish wear, case further display some nicks, minor wood loss, rubs and wear to finish, doors open smoothly and inner shelf is secure, interior shows some surface wear
