10.28.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 3193: I note that the chair stands sturdy, upholstery remains securely bound throughout and free from observed tearing or holes, fabric retains an overall uniform tone with some minute, very light discoloration at the top and central quadrant of the seat back (see images, so faint that I am struggling to capture on camera), the seat back also with some typical picks commensurate with age and use, and some minute loose threads visible at the underside of seat, nailhead trim remains secure and exhibits patination, the legs with some typical light surface wear commensurate with use such as small nicks to the edges
