02.07.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 063: I note that the couch is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the leather is overall generally well-maintained, with light typical creasing, particularly to the back cushions, and wear with minute surface loss to some segments of the seat cushion piping, and minor surface wear such as light abrasions, concentrated to the end cushion of the chaise segment, one cushion also has a couple minute white paint stains, there is fraying of the underside lining that is slightly visible from the exterior, and wear to the back upper corners, all commensurate with use
