09/16/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT : 3328-  please note that I am not an art expert and I while I am happy to share what I see as well as high resolution images, you must make your own decision to bid, the canvas is overall intact, the canvas appears to have been stabilized through relining, with the support notably thick and taut, UV examination reveals a heavy old varnish layer with scattered areas of inpainting and retouching, including linear passages through the upper field and around the figures, together with possible broader areas of restoration, stable craquelure throughout,  light surface accretions and faint stretcher lines are present, there is a small horizontal abrasion near the center of the canvas, the right border displays slight gapping and surface imperfection along the frame edge, see images, the frame is overall intact, exhibiting scattered small wood losses, nicks, rubs and surface wear, with areas of painted touch-up and exposed gesso
