Empire style bronze-mounted flame mahogany longcase clock, late 19th/ early 20th c., silvered metal dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, dial sits askew in case, no weights present, operational status unknown, approx 78"h, 23"w, 13"d
CR 7.29.25 - As mentioned in the catalog description, the operational status of this clock is unknown. I note that the movement appears to be intact and the ropes are present, however no weights are present. I am not an expert on weight-driven movements such as this, but without the proper weights we cannot disclose the full operational status of this clock. As mentioned, the dial rests slightly askew in the case. As with all of our clocks, this piece would likely benefit from a professional adjustment and a thorough cleaning.
