9.13.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 768-The piece stands sturdy, the right door appears slightly warped, and does not close all the way, the key operates the lock however, the lock does not catch, the left door has some patched repairs and an added small piece of trim to make the door larger, see images, I further note some splits to panels, some cracking to veneer and the left door is lacking an escutcheon, interior shelves are sturdy, the back panel has separation, I further note some tonal variation, natural wood characteristics, wear and loss throughout as commensurate with age
