10.28.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2164: I note that the ottoman is structurally sturdy, legs appear secure at joinery, and the wool upholstery is free from observed holes, tearing, or notable staining/ discoloration, the underside dust cover lining with some tearing and staining (see images) commensurate with use, fabric remains securely bound throughout with inherent folds/ creasing related to tufting, all of the buttons at tufted points are present and remain secure, and the casters operate smoothly
