03.23.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 2201- the cabinet is in overall stable and sturdy condition, I note some small areas of wood wear/minor loss, light nicks and very minor abrasions, glass is free of noted chips or cracks, interior is fabric, there is discoloration and fading with outline of glazed panels at upper back (likely sun stained and faded), the shelving is removable and rests on small tabs, see images
