02.18.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 1148: I note that the bookcase is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the glass panes remaining securely encased within framing, and is currently free from observed chips and fractures/ hairlines, the door lock plates operating smoothly, with the fabric lining the interior remaining securely bound, and having areas of staining/ discoloration and mildewing throughout commensurate with age and use, I observe a segment of loss to the left side trim piece framing the central cartouche above dual cabinet doors, and there is typical minor surface wear, mostly to the top of case, such as light abrasions and small nicks commensurate with age and use
