10.22.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2198: Upon close visual and UV light examination, I do not observe evidence of restoration, as described there are typical small chips and glaze losses, including a chip at the rim with a small, stable hairline extending from the chip, the underside with areas of peeled/ flaked glaze commensurate with age and use, additionally I observe some scattered glaze chips and typical crazing, as well as a minor firing flaw underfoot, described wear is typical and consistent with late 18th century origin
