English Delft blue and white tin-glazed earthenware charger, late 18th c., decorated with verdant Chinoiserie courtyard landscape, with scrolled trim, intact with typical small rim chips and glaze losses, deep crazing to underside, crazing hairlines do not permeate, approx 13.25"diam, 3lbs **Provenance: from the collection of an English gentleman**
10.22.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2200: Upon close visual and UV light examinations, I do not observe evidence of restoration, as described there are typical small chips to the rim and glaze losses commensurate with age and use, also having some typical minor glaze pops, as described the underside exhibits crazing, the central plane also having what I believe to be a stable hairline that does not permeate to the transverse, the charger retaining an old auction sticker underfoot
