08/19/2026: Upon close visual examination, the pedestal and stands are free from observed chipping and hairlines/ fractures, the exterior of the planter with a couple spots of minor discoloration (see images), the glaze is overall well-maintained and I do not observe notable losses, the planter sits comfortably and securely and the top of pedestal, there is a small rough spot on the socle base (see image) that I believe to be a minor glaze defect with a couple minute chips along the edge, upon UV light examination, the inset medallion on top of the pedestal fluoresces (see images), however I am uncertain if this element was later added, some pedestals have a pierced hole on top, which might have been filled with this medallion to create a solid surface, UV light reveals adhesive residue at the top of lowermost section of the pedestal, which I believe is likely original to construction of the pedestal
