Condition

1.2.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1305- The structure stands sturdy, we believe it to be 18th/19th century, the upper case has a slim drawer concealed as trim, the case exhibits restoration, wear, and loss commensurate with age with some inherent imperfections to burlwood, tonal variation, imperfections, stable seams/splits, small areas of wood wear and loss, including trim losses and repairs, including a trim loss at the upper right crown, left cabinet door is slightly warped, it retains the upper interior slide lock but is lacking the lower, doors open to a well-fitted interior with numerous drawers, that all slide well, lower drawers slide, however, would likely benefit from a good waxing to facilitate smoother movement, bottom drawer panels show some gapping, the front left bracket leg is intact with restoration, the door lock is unusual with four pins
