12.29.25-In my opinion regarding LOT:  1266- the structure is sturdy and in stable condition, the case exhibits wear commensurate with late 18^th/early 19thc. age, I note some nicks, tonal variation, surface wear and abrasions, there is an old repair to fall front at lower right side, see image, hinges appear to have been replaced, pull-out slides operate smoothly, and support the fall front, the interior is well-fitted, showing us with ring stains and surface wear, drawers slide well and bottoms are secure, with typical stable gapping to panels, as described drawer fronts are intact with some splits, see images, the second drawer is lacking an escutcheon
