English Georgian inlaid mahogany chest of drawers, early 19th c., upper frieze drawer, above ten short drawers with stringwork trim and brass batwing escutcheons, rising on later-added block feet, approx 43.75"h, 30"w, 22.5"d

08/17/2026: The chest is in stable and sturdy condition, exhibiting  a warm and tonal patina with some rubs, mellowing, staining, small and wood nicks, and areas of minor wear and loss, the upper drawer is possibly lacking pulls or has them replaced, drawers all slide well with the third drawer having a stable split to bottom panel, I further note some staining, two of the escutcheons are in need of nails, they are hanging loose, please refer to online images for full views of side panels, I am unable to view the left side panel, the right shows some nicks, evidence of old woodworm, some spotting and color variation, all as commensurate with age and use
