11.6.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3196 — the cellarette stands sturdy, the wood frame exhibits scattered nicks, rubs, and tonal variation concentrated along the legs and edges, the brass banding displays light dings, patination, and spotting throughout, the removable metal liner shows surface wear and oxidation, liner may be a later replacement as it does not fit snugly within the case, I do not observe any apparent holes or breaks to the metal, however, waterproofing has not been tested, all wear and irregularities appear consistent with age and use
