06.06.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 1273: I note that the table is presently intact and stands sturdy, appearing structurally secure throughout, with smoothly operating drawers, the wood having tonal variations due in part to light fading and discoloration/ staining of the finish commensurate with age and use, I observe evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin, and a central split to the lower shelf that appears stable, shelf remains sturdy, the back left corner of top being slightly raised out of position but being overall minor
