CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1270- the chest is in sturdy and stable condition, the lift top and six drawers all open smoothly, interiors are largely clean with some spotting and staining noted to the upper interior, the case is overall intact with some imperfections to wood, staining to top, small nicks and mars, general light wood wear and a few old wood patches, all minor and as commensurate with age and use, the patina is warm and tonal, please refer to online images for full views of sides, as I am unable to access them
