07.09.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3336: I note that the cupboard is presently intact and structurally secure, there are several small segments of trim loss the edges bordering recessed panels of the cabinet door, there is also minute evidence of old woodworm located along the trim near upper edge, there are areas of minor discoloration to the side posts, and the interior shelves appear sturdy with spotting throughout, and there are a couple splits along the cabinet door, there is a small drill hole below the door pull likely from a previous pull that is larger than the current small knob, I observe typical light surface wear such as minor abrasions and chips commensurate with age and use
