CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding: 2244- the cabinet is in sturdy and stable condition, as shown online the upper case displays some minor typical stable separation of rear planks, overall painted and stained finish exhibits age with some wear, tonal variation and loss, the case displays small areas of wood wear, minor losses, scattered evidence of old woodworm and general light wear, the upper three drawers slide well, interior drawer bottom planks show stable separation, the interior is open, all mentioned commensurate with the rustic nature, age and use of the cabinet
