10.30.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2363: I note that the chest stands sturdy, legs and stretchers appear secure at joinery, and the drawers operate smoothly, the fitted interior is overall well-preserved, including the fabric lining, the drawers exhibit some typical staining/ discoloration and finish fading commensurate with age and use, the table overall having some typical finish wear, particularly at the right-hand side, and sparse, minute surface wear such as small nicks, all being commensurate with age and use
