01.05.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1307: I note that the table is presently intact and structurally sturdy, with the gate legs operating smoothly and appearing to securely support hinged leaves, there are smooth, old chips/losses throughout, including one to the interior edge of one leaf, I observe evidence of old woodworm, particularly at the apron, and typical surface wear concentrated along the top panel such as light abrasions and scuffs commensurate with age and use
