11.6.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 2245- the chair is overall structurally sound and stable, the removable cushion remains firm and sits evenly, all tufted buttons appear present and secure, the leather exhibits tonal variation, natural creasing, light rubbing, and mellowing consistent with use, I note a small area of surface abrasion and color loss to the front upright below the handhold where the cushion meets the chair, see image, a light impression to leather at back, and a minor abrasion at the upper back edge near the nailhead trim, nailhead border is intact with patination and darkening to the brass finish, wood legs are sturdy with light surface scuffs and wear, overall the chair presents well with all observed wear commensurate with gentle use and age, and would benefit from a light professional cleaning
