03.08.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 769: As described there is some mars to the table top, I note that the table is presently intact and structurally sturdy, with the tilt function operating properly, there are minor splits to the table top and to the base, there is light staining and a couple of heat transfer marks to the top, I observe minor veneer chipping, which is concentrated along the apron and the top edge of base, I observe minute old woodworm, and two of the feet exhibit visible glue repairs to the scrolled details carved to either side, I note typical light surface wear such as abrasions and minor scuffs
