CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 2127- the cabinet is in sturdy and stable condition with the hinged rails opening smoothly, the case displays typical surface wear, tonal variation, small nicks, and some small wood losses scattered throughout, left upper side panel shows a stable seam, see image, drawers slide well and our graduated in size, interiors are largely clean, exhibiting some small stains, minor panel separation, and one with some small drill holes, all are stable, all mentioned minor and commence it with age
