05-26-2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 2203- the cabinet is country rustic, it is in sturdy and stable condition, there is tonal variation, some staining/ spotting, stable, splits, some filled, some marks, imperfections and small scattered wood losses, cabinet doors and drawers open smoothly, the central cabinet is lacking a shelf, shelving is secure and shows some ring stains, all mentioned commensurate with the rustic nature of the cabinet, age and use
