07.07.25: I note that the sideboard stands sturdy and appears structurally sound, the pine having tonal variations associated with areas of finish fading and spotting commensurate with age, the drawers operate smoothly and cabinet interiors are overall well-kept, two of the glass knobs having a chip at the edge, all remaining secure to drawer fronts, drawers operate smoothly, and there are some scattered minor splits, which are typical, particularly at the backsplash, all appear stable, and there is minor surface wear, typical due to the softness of pine wood, such as scuffs, abrasions, nicks, and small chips commensurate with age and use
